the Carnaval music could be part of this "nostalgic wave" that we're suddenly feeling...or that we're watching.Maybe we're missing the time when we were more fulfilled, more unconcerned, when we felt that the Carnaval was a wonderful thing - because i don't feel that anymore - to be there sweating and jumping for nothing...i don't find that very amusing.I greatly admire the people that still can have a good time in the Carnaval...but i, just lost the patience that i once had. I tried to watch a Samba school' parade but my disconfort was so great that i started to love television from that day on, you see?Now one thing that i find very beautiful in the Carnaval is that everyone sings together...and there seems to be a brotherhood linked together by a very positive flow of joy, in general they're very happy so i deeply admire the Carnaval because of that.Theres some Carnaval songs that really say some beautiful things...for example "lulu" from Carmen Miranda tells the story of aunty Carmen, who was a wonderful person...you know in general they're very tender things, that get covered during the Carnaval...all that mess, everyone jumping and sweating in joy...confetti, costumes and all those things...and we don't realise, but there's always something very tender, very gentle, very warm on the Carnaval song lyrics...and also very pure, ingenuous, very good...so i like to sing the Carnaval music because of that...i mean...me and lots of other people like to sing them because of that. I like, very much...watching Caetano...i love it...MUSIC STARTS...
